Grace Ainsworth is a painter and designer based in Wichita Falls, Texas. She is a candidate for a Bachelor of Fine Art at Midwestern State University, where she studies painting and graphic design. She She specializes in oil and acrylic paint, usually working on a large scale. Her work can be characterized by magical realism qualities and grunge aesthetics. Inspired by her own mother’s advocacy, she spreads awareness for women’s issues surrounding domestic violence and abuse with her artwork. As well as her work being exhibited locally, she spends time on campus and in the local arts council, installing and curating work.
